Notes
Almost rained in th emorning, but now a sunny 20 degrees, beautiful. I have a sore right knee, just above the cap, not sure what it is but did it at hockey last night, more stiff than anything, cant bend the knee too far or it hurts, but doensnt seem to impinge when jogging :-)
