Quite cool, wore the new shoes for the first time couldnt help myself saving the tread for hockey on the gold coast but they were sitting there looking at me saying "take me for a run :-) " Day off dropped Ellie to uni, went to oatley, sorted some downloads, like flash forward and some survivor, also kicked off season 2 of modern family. got home, had some lunch, oh also got some photos for the album for sunday, also put out the washing, then did the run. hmmm the shoulder is now about 99 percent, the achilles a bit iffy but not too bad have done a lot of kms this month, will rest if I can tomorrow and sunday. :-) 48 odd not a bad time didnt kill myself, felt pretty flat in the last lap of coachwood but not too shabby all up. Oh and went past steve waugh walking his dog the other way over the bridge, it is a little cavalier king charles spaniel.
