Once again a good wind, ie in the face out and behind on the way back. Warm to hot, still sweating while sitting here typing :-) late night at work last night, midnight doing leisure centre centaman archiving, again tonight by remote this time. but tired as a result. legs felt ok though went a little faster out this time than yesterday, still class it as easy..
