Pretty hard and felt warmer than 23. Not super happy with the knee, a bit sore in the beginning maybe and can feel it a little now..but not as bad as earlier in the week..see how it pans out tomorrow and this afternoon. Oh yeah, and 78.8 this morning first thing. and walked milo, 1.43 or so, but he missed out yesterday with a bit of rain early..
