That was pretty good, spent the morning at slc doing centaman stuff, didnt think id get the run in, megan dropped me off btw getting car done in holidays, so we went back to sutho and i went for a run great stuff, and good ish time what with the back and being tired from last night a few drinks and watching the hockey commoneweatlh games late although I cant remember much :-)
