took it easy, funny night rainy toward the last half, hot day cooling down, sheet lightening about etc. was thinking of diong 8.5 then went to 13.5 then when the lightening started up I went back to the 10.3 run just in case. felt quite fresh at the end which was good, but still quite slow. first run for the year. Yesterday megan and hayley and I went to bundeena, bonnievale beach which was fun I had a bit of a swim with hayley, lots of arab types there, car parks super full but the beach had lots of empty space, we went past my old house to show hayley. parked near the oval and walked to the beach. fun to see the old holiday ground again! today we lazed around, i went looking for a notebook for megan but the one we picked was sold out. then we went to aunty ronas, me and hayley, megan had gone down the coast again with sammy to her mums. chris and vicky where at ronas with sandra which was a good score, glad michelle txted and let me know they were going to take mum there or we would have missed out. last time ill see hayley until we get back from new zealand, gave her a big hug!
