Pretty cool and a bit windy,maybe under 16 degrees. Went ok felt a bit flat but managed the same time as yesterday. planning to not go to training as a big cold storm is on the way they say. Triumph last night getting ALL the rubbish from Megans party into the red bin, and still some space in the recycling..yay! got a bit smelly in the process, and milo collected a few choice morsels to chew on while I was at it :-)
