Highschool backwards by the way. Moved some furniture around at Megans getting ready for the flooring in two weeks, visited mum she was ok but went on about michelle being too bossey with Andrew which was a bit upsetting. Otherwise ok visit. Dropped hayley off a bit later around 7, so later than usual, feeling really tired before I went, towards the back end went better and tried running with a faster tempo, but not over striding anyway was pushing a fair bit to the end. happy with the time for sure. Took my mind off the dragons losing last night, listened to the last of the one dayers of the ashes series, australia up 6 nil, but 2 down for 40 odd early...Oh and I had to stop or pause for cars twice so probably a smidge faster..
