First run on the news shoes, like walking on air again. Today nice sleep in with megan, sat around and hayley did homework and megan did her school reports, went to mums to meet up with andrew and the family and mum for a late lara birthday, we got her a cd and a cuddly toy, she turned 8 last weekend.megan kept going at the reports, I dropped hayley a bit early, raced back here and did the front and back lawns before it got too dark, too about and hour. then relaxed in front of the league, and then went for the run. considering the game last night was 8pm and the mowing just before hand I guess the time is explainable. didnt push myself either. again, the shoes felt great. first time in ages i can remember absolutely no wind... megan still icing her calf hopefully better soon so she can get back into the running, and make the carnival in july !
