went with ben, bloody double clicked the watch so time is an estimate, went out quicker due to ben, and gave it a bit in the last kilometre so maybe 30 t0 31 minutes.
did a walk this morning with megan and hayley took milo along the bayside to primrose house, it was a lot of fun, milo went on the beach and chased seagulls before we realise it was illegal and 330 dollar fine.
