Pretty slow on the way out, big headwind all the way, 13 something at half way. went a bit harder back felt a bit flat actually probably due to the windy conditions. no issue with my calf at all so thats good. Megan drove by on the way out to neil and louises with sammy I am going to catch up when I dry off.
