not a bad effort, a bit out of breath at the end. fed milo after work and had a 20min nap listening to australia getting beaten at the cricket. back to oatley to do the washing and then down the rsl with pete and jb. Megan down the coast with her mum and the kids. hopefully a quiet day at work tomorrow.
