First day of the long weekend, started playing nice with Megan, did some chores around the house my bit was the bathrooms, lazy day Hayley did some homework, megan walked milo then I went for a run, still got my cold, bit of a cough and some junk coming up. Legs felt good except for the achilles i could feel about halfway round, but othewise heels ok, no other niggles but not a great deal of energy. Took it medium easy, so happy with the time. still light when i got home, best to avoid the worst of the nighttime cold..
