Ran with my new shirt from aldi, it was ok but the pocket at the back no good for carrying the key card. Also my headpones and ipod sound level were wrong so I took all that off and just ran. Stopped for over 30 seconds to muck with the ipod. knee pretty considering I am overdoing it a bit, but will have 2 weeks of in vientnam soon!
