Finally did a 10 k ! cool ish not too windy but a bit windy. did the extra past hall drive and then another lap of coachwood, so 8.53 plus .57 (or .58) plus 1.23 for 10.33 or 10.34. megan stayed in and did school work poor thing shes working hard at the beginning of the year. I got a flexi for friday might do a mens health check thing...for 50. anyway didnt go too hard gee not able to push much these days, although a bit put off by the phone in my pocket since I am on call...some extra cash at least after the holidays..
