Notes
No fitness, but a bit of running with the 2 on 1s because our group was small. phil took 4th grade, ray took 7 and 6th so we had me, damo, ray, geoff noy and some new guys. Later a game with the other guys, actually quite a bit of running so happy with that. I did some good passes, some good shots and played ok in the game including a good run and pass from inner to wing. left at 10 to 9 lost track of time :-)
