Beaut night, tired though. bit of a cold, cough, throat thing going on today. megan went shopping, i got internet enabled for my credit card account, and bought a new st george cap, and got medicare refunds for my colonoscopy as well as spent a few hours napping with milo :-) In the morning we walked milo up to the shops and megan went to alfords point medical centre for her rash, got some pills but still not sure what it tis. I then continued with MIlo he liked his walk, we came across no dogs which was good.
run was hard felt tired only did 5 laps since did 10 or so hard ones yesterday. still took it easy at least under 5 per k.
