Felt really tired actually, and it was very windy. good to get out at a reasonable time. felt a bit guilty because megan was doing the bbq, but thursdays have changed and she now has the kids tonight whereas before it was free :-( glad I got around the 8.5 at least, early on felt like quitting on it ! and might not get one tomorrow ..so took it easy got buffetted by a lot of wind, and didnt go too hard at any point.
