Ran with megan first, earlier we went to miranda fair to shop for ellies birthday, and I bought a new pair of 2160s, but poor hayley felt sick so we curtailed the trip a bit, sat with her in a coffee shop and megan got a few more things then home. walked milo when we got home, it rained on us of course! then megan and I ran, 2.5 laps of coachwood, and then I did this. good window between the rain, went out slowish but did better after a while felt ok but overall tired I guess due to 3 in 3 days. then double clicked the watch, it was dark ish i could see 50** so estimate. either way under 5 per k. ran with megan in my jacket , took it off and continued for the 10k..
