Again, feeling a bit flat post grand final, left knee has something going on, although thru the run it didnt hurt as much as yesterday, there was a twinge each lap yesterday, today not really any..but still a bit funny...anyway didnt push too much, went ok on the last lap I guess, so not a bad time.
