Well mum got out of hospital, hayely emailed from hong kong, and I went to mums to let her in off the balcony she got locked out :-) during my staff appraisal btw!! got a scab coming up on my lip from getting hit at hockey, and a sore neck too. megan got hit under the chin on saturday as well..oh well nothing too serious. knee felt good today after yesterdays hockey, since it was dark and neck sore didnt do sprints on grass, and knee still seems ok, limited it to 5k on runkeeper. did I say it was humid, but not hot. sweated like 40 bastards. runkeeper shows 4th km at 4.25per so did some fast bits.
