see comments on workout, but good one, super shuttle run which I finished second. Also hockey skills with Matty and a few of the juniors mostly.
Did the 25 rep circuit, 25* cruches, pushups, back arches, hop drops, burpees, leg crossovers, star jumps on each 25 and run the length to finish. Then at least 10 * 25s maybe some 50s cant remember, not counted in above anyway, then did the super shuttle run, 3 times sprint to 12, 25, 37, 50, 62, 75, 87, back line with jog back in between, the 10 25s and 10 12s and run to the end. I was second to finish the mega shuttle, only the fastest first grader in front of me. :-) he said good run..and Rod sang out from the balcony too...
