Didnt go hard except for the last couple of hundred metres, in fact quite easy to start, heck it was xmas day afterall. had hayley overnight, we opened a present or two at oatlye including her ipod nano which brought a smile to her face :-) then off to neil and louises with Megan which was nice (good bacon and eggs) and then off to pick up peg, megan went home to get the prawns and salad, we met at andrew and micheles for lunch. not a bad day considering, then back to drop mum and hayley off, hayley went back to her mum, megan went down to her mums with the kids. I crashed here at megans for an hour or so and then started off cold but decided to do 10k. having a few beers and a bit of a play with milo befoe bed...
