Had to get out. The patella tendon didnt seem to give me any trouble, maybe felt a little something on the way back? and maybe stretching afterwards, but quite encouraging. went easy, beautiful day, just heard I got the job I applied for the other day, did really well in the interview which was nice, just an increment but still thats good news. so now icing (or colding) my knee. will run with megan tonight if I can..
