Took it easy but it didnt hurt a bit (except for a bit of a niggle in the left hammy, but maybe thats paranoia, dunno. But felt great all up ! Megan in Hervey Bay with Sharls, so home to alfords point house sitting, curry, a little red and fix the point in the back for the tv so I can tape Survivor for Megan ! Andrew rang mum from Paris apparently, having a good time.
