Megan down at her mums, watched movies last night with ben, true grit, then I watched a horror thing which was fun, combo of cloverfiled and zombie apocolypse! had a few beers, slept in and walked milo in the morning, had some yoghurt to give me sime energy and went out. Pretty tired really, but ended up pushing myself to get 10 k done, and ran hard the last little bit, and went slightly faster than last night!
