took it easy was maybe doing 10k but felt the niggle a bit and dec ided to take it easy. so having started at easy 10k pace, just turned around at forest road. plus hit the button twice at the end so the time is an estimate :-) but should be about usual 10k pace, will check that later. now watching the footy, hayley at a sleepover and has her first game of netball tomorrow. Megan having dinner with an old college friend, coming over after 9pm and we might go to the pensie :-)
