Took it easy, it was calm no wind and that was good, no real issues aside from my back/arm thing thats going wrong at the moment..Probably a recovery after last nights monday night footy with jb and easty at pensurst, great night watching the grand final replay in dragons territory ! and played a few tunes on the jukebox for old times sake :-) oh and did 12 k or so yesterday first time since sutho to surf...
