Could feel the left hammy just a little bit, but in the end sucked it up and did the circuit!3 75s at 3/4 to warm up. First circuit was 5 up and backs to 25, 25 situps, 5 up and backs to halfway from 25, then 25 pushups, then 5 up and backs halfway to 75, back arches, then just 25 reps back arches, run to end, 25 hop drops, then each station back with 25 burpees, legovers and star jumps, then run back to end and back to start. Then 6 50s jog back, Then 11 up and back, 20 rep circuit on the 25, run to end and walk back. Then 10 25s jogging back. Then triangle shuttle run so sprint 16meters and wait while the other two stations run and with 3 on each station you wait two circuits. But it went on for about 15 minutes so lost count of the number of sprints :-) Then did the remainder of the drills with the lower grades, then a 5 on 6 game oldies vs youngies, oldies were matt phil me john hol and jimbo :-) pulled up with very little or no soreness, but iced anyway.
