Really nice day I had to go out. the radio with james valentine was doing a thing on outrageously nice days etc. felt pretty stiff though and couldnt go fast. abs again, groiny, all sorts of things hmm maybe moving boxes on friday or hockey on saturday, hope I am a bit better for the game tomorrow.
