that was so hard, medium night at the surf club, nice morning in with megan, didnt get out till 8.15 meant and should have gone earlier. ran with my map and decided to do the extra for an 8k but it was hell very hot and humid, felt like shit but went really slow to avoid overheating still the pool afterwards was beuatufil. sharlene and russel have arrived now they are in the pool, i am now recoved and looking forward to lunch. must look up the exact temperature but gee it was murder. might try a night run if I am to do the 10k run....ok weather zone says 28 but feels like 34! due to the humidity..
