3*100 at 75%
11 up and back to 25, then 25 each exercise - sit ups, pushups, back arches, hop drops, burpees, star jumps, leg overs then run back 100m. 5 * 50m then 11 up and backs same exercises * 15 then 10 * 25m then 3 * 100 at 75%
Then did some drills with Matty, Jim, Tom, Luke new guy Gary and the junior guys finished about 8.25. Megan had dropped off my runners in case I need them tonight, and i dropped off my sutho vets shirt at clives place since I kept it after the weekend...
