Got there for the higher grade fitness. Circuit 11 up and back to the 25, then at the 25 line, 25 reps each of situps, pushups, back arches, hop drops, burpees, starjumps and side to side leg things, run to end. Then 15 * 50s then circuit again, 11 up and back, 15 reps each of the exercises except at each 25 and run to the end, then 10 * 25s. I finished in top half each circuit. Then some drills with the lower grade guys, dazza led the drills and we had two goalies. Jimbo, chen, matt, john hol, garth from vets, tommy, bonici , jim, good roll up. I quit a bit early at 8pm mainly since I played the night before.

Mum ran later to remind me Tom Simpsons first wife passed away last week and funeral tomorrow at 2pm or so Mum is flying the flag Sandra taking her along.
