Finially a run. This sucked though, I had to run on the hotel treadmil because Phoenix is having a freaking monsoon outside. Anyway it was very hot in the workout area, with no air movement. It was everything I could do to complete this workout. I pushed the speed to 7.2 mph for .5 miles.
