Easy cruiser in the rain. Finally saw two large snapping turtles but nothing else of note. No fluid or food taken.

Easy 6-8 miles depending on fatigue. Just steady running as your energy and legs dictate, listen to them and they will tell you what to do. Start easy and relaxed and let your legs go.

Drink ~20oz of water in the hour before starting to help flush waste. You should need to pee before this run.
