1:00-1:15 max. With this run you can push a little bit on the climbs and flats up to HR ~155. There are a TON of flats at Leadville so you want to always keep in touch with the feel of running strong on flat terrain. There’s a ton of time to be made on the flats if you can run them easy and fast. Run natural and listen to your body and keep this comfortable (IE MAF mostly).
