Long 2:30. No need to go longer yet. It’ll come though but you have to let it come to you rather than chase the miles. No severe fatigue afterward and you want to finish feeling OK, not beat to shit. Start easier than you feel like and then just work in to the rhythm of a long run. Natural and easy effort. MAF.
