Play this run by ear and start out easy. If you feel great then run up to 14 miles but don't force it. Stop at 12 if you don't feel great.

The only structure is no HR higher than MAF. Hold back and try to run for volume.

only made it to 10.75 before calling it...felt like shit the entire run and could not breathe as the humidity was so bad it was hard to get any air. very rough morning.
