Notes

Need to start keeping track of tests and results on legs...so here goes.

Run time: 6:30 am

Occurred after 25 minutes of aquajog followed by 25 minutes of variable swimming

Ran on grass

Glute was tight, as if my glute muscle could not relax on the right side. Top of quad also tight. No pain but clearly it was annoyed.

Drove home, stretched on ball and did leg pullback while laying on ground...ate breakfast and then rode to work on the Red Dragon using 19 mile route. Went 1:01 on ride.
