Easy recovery jog of 3-6 miles at HR <145. Hold back and just relax. I want you to fast hike after each mile for ~1:00 or so just to change up the muscle use.

SUPER easy run this morning with several stops to stretch out the hamstring on the left leg. All is good but have to keep an eye on that thing while I work it out.
