Added on yesterday's 6 to today's run and ran to and from the Golden Gate Bridge...San Francisco is no joke on hills baby...loved it. Good solid run although my right glute is starting to freak out...need to see chiro/masseuse.

6-8 miles + strides. If you end up feeling any fatigue from the DG50 then play it safe and keep this on the short end of just 4-5 miles and run the strides just relaxed. Gotta be smart heading in to the Wakefield build.

Wu) ~20:00 of steady building to MAF.

Then run 6-8 X 30" strides at near sprint effort and I want these on a straight trail, not the track and watch the foot!

Full recovery jogging after each.

No HR monitor today. Finish the run at MAF.
