6-8 miles. Just build slowly in to this run. If you feel great then do a moderate progression over the last ~2 miles. Just slowly build your effort every mile until the last ~2 are at Tempo effort, by HR this would only be ~150-160, just cruising well.

<2 hours sleep on the plan from San Fran last night so was not feeling so good this morning but I feel better now.
