run 30:00-50:00 Today needs to be very easy and relaxed (running hard is much different than biking hard), save energy for the weekend. I want a HR max of 150 unless HR comes up easily. Hydrate very well before and after.

did some new trailblazing today and ended up wading through a swamp for 100 yards...oh well. Calf was not happy today but I had chiro last night so it was probably still tender. Iced and IB'ed when done. I may take tomorrow off and rest it.
