6-10 miles. No HR monitor- just run by PE and relax your mind. PE would be MAF.

If you feel very solid and the calf feels 100% then you can bring your effort up a bit to a more tempo feel for the last ~2 miles. Don't push it, just run strong.

Great run this am...dry, cold and a new route. Calf is status quo. Chiro tonight.
