Super tired body this morning...never got into a "good" zone but never hurt bad either. Took in 16 oz of water and no food. Just tired over all.

Easy

16 mi

16 miles steady and relaxed. Just run with a comfortable effort. I would prefer this was done on a pre-measured and familiar course, and then do not wear a watch or HR monitor. Just listen to your body.
