16 miles with tempo. 150-165HR, so avoid going over HR 165 today.

A rolling to hilly course is good for this and try to hold HR up on the downs.

Wu) Start super relaxed and light and slowly build HR up to 140-150 and hold it. At 10 miles elevate HR to 150-165 and hold this steady for the last 6 miles to the finish.

Diligent hydration and nutrition intake as always.

well this was an interesting run day to say the least...went to the mountain where I proceeded to shit my brains out everywhere during the first loop and got super weak...so drove back home to the Assabet and ran another 5 mile loop during which I shat twice...during my drive I had eaten a bagel so that was good. So then I was dead tired so went home and napped and then ate lunch and went out again for 7.2 and managed to get it in WITHOUT SHITTING...a fucking miracle if ever there was one. Jeezus something is fucked up inside me but I guess I gotta push through it and stay hydrated.
