Ran the first hour repeating the following:
5 min @ 8:13 pace, 1% incline
5 min @ 8:00 pace, no incline
etc.
Ran the second hour all at 8:00 pace, 1% incline.
Ran up to 20 miles (about 40 minutes) @ 8:00 pace, 1% incline.
Ran 3 miles @ 8:00 pace, no incline.
