Soooo sore today. This ended up being a progressive ride because I had to start so slow. I think I finally started speeding up around 45 minutes.
Mo texted me after about an hour, asked if I was at Lifetime. I said yep. She was on her way in the door to bring her girls to swim lessons. She talked to me for a good 20 minutes, so the stupid bike went by faster.
