4 min @ 6:27 pace
1 min @ 6:00 pace
Total for the workout = 50 min @ 6:44 average pace/7.41 miles
CD - 3.45 miles
Felt good at 6:53. Felt too hard at 6:49. Felt good again at 6:44. Not too bad at 6:40. 6:00 was a bitch. Glad it only lasted a minute.
