Notes
As usual, my legs were more sore today than yesterday. I started out running too fast the first 5 minutes and had to slow it down. I took my HR again today, except this time I took it at 5 min on/1 min off. The drop in HR, due to drop in pace, is noticeable after the first 5 minutes. These are through 11 miles:
